Boring is what you want from a server. It means the backups ran, the certificates renewed themselves and nobody got a phone call at night. We set up and look after Linux servers, office networks, online shops and, more recently, AI that runs on a company's own hardware.
The first question a law firm or an accountant asks about AI is whether staff can use it on client files without uploading them anywhere. They can, if the model runs on hardware the firm controls.
We size the machine (one GPU is usually enough to start), install an open model, connect it to the file server and set the permissions so people only get answers from documents they could open anyway.
In your office, or on a dedicated server in the EU
We use AI agents to watch servers, because they don't get bored of reading logs at four in the morning. They can look at anything. They can fix a short list of dull problems on their own. Anything that changes how your server behaves waits until one of us has read it and said yes.

Never the agent
1WatchDisk, memory, services, certificates and the pages customers use, checked every minute.
2Work out whyThe agent lines the alert up with recent changes and logs, and writes down the likely cause.
3Suggest a fixTaken from the runbook, together with the way back if it goes wrong.
4A person says yesOr no. Only the small fixes you agreed to beforehand skip this step.
5Apply itThe change goes in and the checks run again. If they fail, it’s rolled back.
6Write it downIn the change log, and in the report you get at the end of the month.
The first step is short. It's also where we tell you if we're the wrong people for the job, which happens.
01
Look
We go through what's there, what's broken and what you want. One or two weeks, written up at the end. This is also where we say if we're the wrong people for the job.
A written assessment
02
Plan
How we'd do it, what it costs and what could go wrong. A fixed price when we can see the whole job.
A proposal with a price
03
Build
On a test copy first when there is one. The documentation is written the same day as the work.
A working, documented system
04
Run it, or hand it over
We keep it running for a monthly fee, or we hand it to your people and show them how it works.
