The small print, in normal words
Not sure which of these you need? Describe the situation. You'll get a proposal, with a fixed price if we can see the whole job.
- Prices are without VAT. Dutch clients pay Dutch VAT. Business clients elsewhere in the EU are invoiced with the VAT reverse-charged.
- A price that says “from” depends on the size of the job. You get a written quote before we start.
- Hardware, licences and hosting are extra. They're bought in your name, or we pass them on at cost.
- Anything outside a plan or package is charged at the hourly rate.
